How to get Rid of a Beer Belly

Despite the name, they're not caused primarily by drinking beer but by any kind of excessive eating and inactive lifestyle which leads to weight gain. If you've had enough of your excess belly fat and you want to lose your beer belly, all you need to do is eliminate the causes which gave it to you in the first place:

1. Inactivity - If you want to burn fat, you have to get off the couch and become more active. Joining a gym would be nice, but even if you don't, there's still a lot that you can do to get the body moving. Climb some stairs, take a walk each night, get some dumbbells and do some weight lifting in your home. Anything is better than nothing.

2. Cut out the alcohol - While beer isn't the only culprit of excess stomach fat, alcohol can contribute a lot. Alcohol is calorie and sugar rich and it can create a lot of fat. Trust me on that. Cut out or down the amount of alcohol that you consume.

3. No more junk, please - If you're treating your body like a dump, don't be surprised if it rebels against you. Don't put garbage into your body. It's wrong, it's terrible, and there's no point to it at all.

4. No more fast food joints - I love the occasional burger and fries myself, but if I'm trying to lose fat, they have to go. There's too much fat, calories, and chemicals in these kinds of food. Stay clear.

It may take a while for you to lose your beer belly. Don't be impatient. Your stomach didn't get to where it was in a day and it will take more than a day to get it back to the way it once was. However, before you loose your beer belly post your picture with thousands of others at Beer Belly Nation.
